What we collect
When you use the enquiry form we collect your name, email address, and any organisation, role, budget indication or message you choose to provide. When you book through Calendly, that service collects the details needed to schedule the meeting.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry and, where it leads to work, to manage that engagement. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for 24 months and then deleted. Records relating to client engagements are kept for as long as required for contractual and tax purposes.
Who processes it
Form submissions are handled by Netlify, and scheduling by Calendly. Both act as processors on our behalf.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our use of it. Email hello@thinkdvc.com. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
